The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of SEO experience across non-profit and/or digital marketing industries. Bonus points for prior agency experience.

Skills & Experience Required
Background, degree, or certification in (digital) marketing or business, certifications in SEO a plus
Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Moz, Screaming Frogs
Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
Experience with fixing 404 errors, optimizing content
Experience conducting keyword research
Experience in performing SEO audits (on-page, off-page, technical)
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of current SEO best practices and techniques
Analytical, strategic and organized
Interested in furthering education and knowledge in SEO, staying on top of new trends and updates
What You’ll Do:
Work with the SEO service lead to create strategies, assess client websites
Run audits for current and new clients, and present the information to the client with clarity and confidence.
Assist in taking data and information from audits to create a holistic and complete SEO strategy that is unique to each client, and for multiple clients.
Research and study the competition to own organic rankings, traffic, and revenue goals.
Create and/or edit SEO-related content such as titles, H1's, meta descriptions, alt tags, and copy for web pages.
Understand technical issues, and able to provide recommendations for improvement
Able to manage SEO projects and follow appropriate deadlines
Most time in your position will be spent directly working with clients and client teams on SEO strategies, implementation, and analysis.
